This data is a national resource that holds considerable value for growing the economy, improving service delivery and transforming policy outcomes.
In addition to government data, you can also find publicly-funded research data and datasets from private institutions that are in the public interest.
The site has over 30,000 publically available datasets and continues to grow.
In addition to free, open datasets, data.gov.au now includes information about unpublished data and data available for purchase.

The Historical Land Records Viewer (HLRV) is provided by the NSW Land Registry Services (NSWLRS), enabling online access to historical land information. Records include Torrens titles 1863-1961, Old Systems records (indexes and registers of Grants, Purchasers, Vendors), Plan Lodgement Books 1863-1995, and historical maps such as charting, parish and town maps. This State Library of NSW project for the Sesquicentenary of Responsible Government in NSW (1856-2006) provides an online guide to the personal papers of NSW MPs that are held by the Mitchell Library - from the first NSW Parliament after Responsible Government (which first sat on 22 May 1856) through to the present.

Official MP records (as opposed to personal papers) are held by NSW State Archives & Records.
