The Noel Butlin Archives Centre (NBAC) collects business and labour records from Australian companies, trade unions, industry bodies and professional organisations.
The NBAC holds the records of large companies such as the Australian Agricultural Company, Burns Philp, CSR Ltd, Dalgety's, Tooth and Company and the Adelaide Steamship Company as well as those of smaller businesses such as pastoral stations. The records date from the 1820s to the early 21st century.
The NSW State Archives Collection documents the daily work of the NSW Government and its agencies from 1788 to today. With more than 14 million items, it is the largest collection of records relating to the history of NSW, its environment and the lives of its people.
The collection includes a diverse range of items and formats, such as letters, files, photographs, maps, posters, film, video and e-records.
